It all started with Paul Berriman
Fifteen years ago, I was working full-time in the industry when the phone calls started coming in thick and fast. People were asking if I could help with events, cover shifts, supply chefs - and as much as I wanted to help everyone, I quickly realised I couldn’t do it all on my own.
That’s when the idea hit me: I didn’t have to do it alone. And just like that, Yorkshire Chef Solutions was born.

Since then, I’ve built a strong network of hardworking, passionate professionals across Yorkshire. We now have a loyal team of chefs, front-of-house staff, supervisors, and managers - all handpicked for their skill, reliability, and love for what they do. Whether it's a wedding, a stadium event, or a last-minute kitchen emergency, we’re proud to be the team businesses can count on.
